Day 1 of Sustainability

The topic of Sustainability is important to MYWurlinc so we have decided to create a Blog to highlight the many areas that we as people of this earth can be more in-tuned with our environment as we make efforts to reduce the damage's and wear that we have given old mother earth.

To start off here are a few definitions of the word: Sustainability
Definitions:

Sustainability is the capacity to endure. Inecology, the word describes how biological systems remain diverse and productive over time. Long-lived and healthy wetlands and forests are examples of sustainable biological systems. For humans, sustainability is the potential for long-term maintenance of well being, which has environmental, economic, and social dimensions. (wikipedia)

Sustainability calls for policies and strategies that meet society’s present needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. (EPA)

Sustainability is a method of harvesting or using a resource so that the resource is not depleted or permanently damaged. (Werriam-Webster)
